He was predeceased by: his father Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughters, Jaclyn Chaves (Dennis), Ashley Goebel (Kyle) and Katie Flynn (Thomas); his mother Dixie Etters; and his grandchildren, Logan, Reid, Kennedy, Harper, Riley and Emma. He is also survived by his four siblings and many cousins.
