He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. Ballien and Rose Cammarata Ballien (Rascia); and his former wife Sandra Sullivan Cammarata. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Cammarata (Diges); his children, Elaina Tyree (David) and Frank Cammarata Jr.; and his siblings, James Cammarata (Claudette), Louise Eaton, Marie Lamia (James) and Paula Cammarata (Dave Wiblishauser). He is also survived by three aunts, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Frank's name would be appreciated to the American Blind Skiing Foundation (ABSF.org or Veterans Path to Hope in Crystal Lake, IL).
