He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sersen and Olga Sersen; and his brother William Sersen. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Larry Sersen (Marci), Sandra Horejsi (Bob), Jerome Sersen and James Sersen; his grandchildren, Tiffany Sersen, Jeanette Skalski (Andy), Justin Johnson, Amy Johnson and Melanie Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Madilynn Marrero, Claire Marrero, Oliver Skalski and Everett Skalski.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
