He is survived by: his children, Shanda Schwartz (Ben), Karly Kendrick and Steven Bode; his grandchildren, Blakely Rae and Sebastian Lee; and his siblings, Kathy TallBull Sr. (Lewis Keith), Kevin Kendrick, Daniel Kendrick (Jamie), Karri Mick (Ray), Kimberly Kendrick (Dana Jenkins) and David Kendrick Jr. (Susan). He is also survived by His many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many beloved friends.
