He was predeceased by: his father Charles Litchfield, II. He is survived by: his mother Inez Smith of Savannah, GA; his sons, James Litchfield (Leah) of Crystal Lake, IL and Aaron Litchfield of Richmond, VA; his granddaughters, Elena and Vivienne; and his siblings, David Litchfield (Carol) of Bristow, VA and Miriam Litchfield of Savannah, GA.
