It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Dvorak of Cary, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dogoda and Irene Dogoda (Klybor); and her sisters, Debbie Crowe (Chuck), Beverly Kostner (Richard), Ruth Schemmel (Leon) and Judy Dogoda.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Dvorak; and her children, Carmella Dobler (Doug), Paul Dvorak, Joe Dvorak (Jody), Karen Funk (Mike) and Kathryn Nickolas (Frank Arico). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren (including spouses) and 12 great-grandchildren.
