He is survived by: his wife Cindie Reeves; his children, Nicholas McNeil and Megan McNeil (Brian Nettleingham); and his siblings, William McNeil (Dawn), Alan McNeil (late Carole), Mary Bavier (Michael), Donald McNeil (Connie), Kenneth McNeil (Kathy), Susan Robins (Mike) and Nancy Netherton (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
