She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Poborsky and Patricia Poborsky (Montgomery); her husband Louis "Gino" DiSalvo; her son Timothy Perkins, Jr.; and her brothers, Ronald Montgomery, Thomas Montgomery and Kenneth Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Perkins (Amy) and Sherry Wilk (Jason); and her grandchildren, Timothy Perkins III, Sela Perkins, Ken Perkins Jr., Kayla Perkins, Alexa Perkins, Feona Perkins, Emily Hamilton and Lauren Wilk.
