It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Olhava (Cary, Illinois), who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth; and her sisters, Maryann and Patricia. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Justin Olhava, Rebecca, Rachel York, Kenny, Kelly, Kaden Semelsberger, Clark, Abigail Ablin, Alexandra, Matthew, Kathryn and Joshua Oliver; her siblings, Paul Wenzel and Constance Wenzel; and also, Michael Olhava, Peggy York (Ken), Christine Ablin, Cynthia Semelsberger (Richard) and Debra Oliver (Jeffrey).

The family has designated the Dementia Society of America for memorial contributions.
