He is survived by: his mother Dr. Rustica Bernardino (Amazan) of Bourbonnais; his sons, Nicholas Bernardino of Cary and Travis Bernardino of Cary; and his siblings, Dan Benoit of Bourbonnais and Marcella Bernardino of Whitehouse, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
