He is survived by: his father Max Hardisty; his wife Vickie Anne Hardisty; his sons, Jason (Tara Holt), Mitch (Jana VanBebber) and Michael (Brooke Holt); his grandchildren, Anthony (Brittany Dooley), Kayla (Isaiah Espinoza), Braxton (Brooklyn Squier), Brooklyn (Dan Louk), Hailey Holt, Logan Holt, Mason Squier, Dakota Shepler, Gracie Holt, Jordan Holt, Carter Holt and Cailer Holt; his brother David Hardisty; and his stepsister Brenda Callaway.
