He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Maynard and Margaret Maynard (Rich); his brother Robert (Geraldine Maynard); his brother-in-law Tom Thompson; and his nephew Peter Thompson.
He is survived by: his sister Sandra Thompson of Ault; and his nieces and nephews, Andy Maynard, Anne Dickerson, Marilyn Feigl, Ken Maynard, Mike Thompson and Joe Maynard.
