Regina Rowe Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Lee and Edra Lee Cossey (Coffman); and her brothers, Richard and Tom Shearer. She is survived by: her husband Robert Rowe of Sandusky; her sons, Michael Rowe (Torri) of Keokuk and Robert Rowe, Jr. (Heather) of Highland Park, Illinois; her grandchildren, Julia, Anna, Madison, Lydia and Wyatt; and her siblings, Jim Shearer (Lee), Steve Lee (Stacy), Sandy Lucas, Christina Mack (Donnie) and Tammy Hardy (Kevin). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the family for her grandchildren.
