He is survived by: his daughter Alyssia Portz; his grandchildren, Aaleeyah and Azelyah; his siblings, John Moyes (Rhonda), Mark Moyes (Regina), Fred "Fritz" Moyes (Cindy) and Theresa Bryant; his caregivers, Mindy Jones and Charla Justice; and his stepmother Mary Moyes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
