It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leroy Hoffman (Carthage, Illinois), who passed away on September 11, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Ruth A. Hoffman (Clampitt); and his grandson Joshua Hoffman. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Frances Scheetz; his sons, Jeffrey Hoffman (Tressa) of Springfield, Bryan Hoffman (Gay) of Hamilton and Rodney Hoffman (Kimm) of Elvaston; his stepchildren, Tammy Potts (Rick) of Abingdon, Tim Glisan of Mt. Sterling, Teresa Smith (Travis) of Carthage and Terry Glisan of Carthage; and his sister Doris Rhodes of Ft. Morgan. He is also survived by three grandchildren; thirteen step-grandchildren; and one great grandchild; three step-great grandchildren.
