He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hardy and Eva Hardy (Yetter); and his brother Neil Hardy. He is survived by: his former wife Audrey Damelio; his wife Beth Stoneman of Carthage; his children, Pam Schieffer (Mark) of Carthage, Jim Hardy (Vicki) of Carthage, Rich Hardy (Suzanne) of Milpitas, CA and Jennifer Kelley (David) of Ozark, MO; his stepchildren, Jerri Koeber (Chuck) of Wichita, KS and Mark Steadman of Coburg, OR; and his grandchildren, Kit Kelly, Kirstin Cramer (Billy), Madison Settles, Brooke Flesner, Nathaniel Hardy (Tiffany), Taylor Hardy, Alex Hardy, Emily Hardy, Andrew Kelley (Grace), Katherine, Kameron Koeber, Kierra Koeber, Max and Jack Steadman. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
