He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold N. Rand and Gertrude Rand (Dunn); and his daughter Angela. He is survived by: his wife Jeri Moore of Carthage; his daughters, Brandy Rand (Oscar Varela) of Los Angeles and Brittney Carson (Cole) of Los Angeles, California; his grandson Oliver Rand Varela; his sister Joyce Parker of Pomona, California; his brother-in-law Danny Moore (JoAnn) of Rome, Iowa; his parents-in-law, Michael and Virginia Castle of St. Augustine, Illinois; his nieces and nephews, Talia Adams, Anthony Adams (Juliet), Shannon Hall, Wade Bryan, Haley Bryan and Hillary Bryan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gizelle Adams, Cyrus Rawlings, Shaylee Rawlings, Darius Hall, Roni Hall, Jaevyon Bess, Easton Bryan, Jaecia Bess, Hadley Bryan, Jaeceon Bess, Halo Bess and Brivey Adams.
