He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Mae Miller (Pulis); his wife JoAnn Skaggs; and his siblings, Jim, Johnnie, Leonard, Carlee, Francis, Mollie Bentzinger and Cathern Hall.
He is survived by: his former spouse Dyanne Mapes; his children, Randy Miller, Rick Miller of Liberty, Illinois, Rebecca Huls (Rodney) of Hamilton and Ronda Green (Jeff) of St. Charles, Illinois; his grandchildren, Genevieve and Benjamin Green; and his sister Louise Smith (Richard) of Carthage. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
