It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Maxwell (Carthage, Illinois), who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Leroy and Clara Maxwell, Sr. (Lowe); and his sister Donna Wright. He is survived by: his wife Connie of Carthage; his son Kelly Maxwell (Debra) of Morton, Illinois; his stepchildren, Eric Schlotterbeck (Lindsey) of Basco, Illinois and Tammy Huls (Greg) of Denver, Illinois; his siblings, Barb Bollinger (Joe) of Washington, Peggy Maxwell of Morton and Dave Maxwell of Alba, Texas; and his close friend Gloria Shoup of Morton. He is also survived by two grandsons; four granddaughters.
Memorials may be directed to the Carthage Police Department or the Fist Baptist Church in Hamilton.
