She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Dawson and Anne Ahalt (Kelleher); and her siblings, Michael Ahalt, Anne Perfit, Loretta Puopolo, Sheila Goss and Mary Quaid.
She is survived by: her children, William Joseph Gambrell (Deirdre) of Lawrenceville, Ann Vannice (Derek) of Clive, Richard Hiers Gambrell (Pam) of Carthage and Carol Gambrell-Hughes of Flowery Branch, Georgia; and her stepchildren, Linda Schiff (Dale) of Troy, Patti Land-Wisley of North Port, Nancie Taylor of Mattoon and Pam Land of Sullivan, Illinois. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Carthage or Hickory Grove (Red Maple) Apartments in Carthage.
