He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud E. Webb and Winnie M. Bandle Webb; his wife Betty White; and his siblings, Doris Jones, Louise Allen, Evelyn Ganion, Ruth Briggs and George "Louie" Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Jimme (Pat) of Enterprise, AL, Robert (Linda) of Carthage, Randy (Bertha) of Bloomington, IL, Nancy of Kirksville, MO and Ray (Andrea) of Marble Falls, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made out to Providence Primitive Baptist Church near Plymouth or Hancock Village of Carthage.
