He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Johnson Vance. He is survived by: his spouse Tonja Jo Wear; his father Larry Vance (Judy); and his siblings, Alan Vance, Vian Neally and Luan Streb. He is also survived by brothers in law; and many nieces and nephews.
