Barry Anderson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Anderson of Carthage, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Herman and Lorraine Shirley Jones Anderson; and his grandson Teddy Murphy. He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Lichtenberg; his wife Portia Washburn; his children, Robb Anderson (Ana) of Tepoztlan Morelos, Seth Anderson (Marcy) of St. Louis, MO and Kiersten Hensley (Shane) of St. Peter; his grandchildren, Gracia Murphy (Dan) of Keokuk, Tiffany Roller of Carthage, IL, Matias, Santiago, Agustin, Fletcher, Parker, Kennedy, Georgia, Nolan, Harper and Ruby; his sisters, Judy Larson (Randy) of Rockford, IL and Sally Cordova (David) of Colorado; and his pet Addie Lou. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
