William Davis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 86, William Davis of Carterville, Illinois, born in Pomona, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Davis and Genevieve Davis (Byrd); his wife Barbara Ann Edwards; his children, Gary, LaDonna and Bobby Davis; his brothers, Tom and Donnie Davis; his siblings-in-law, Frank Wright of Carl Lee, P. D, McCamish, Robert Edwards, William "Byo" Edwards, Laverne Edwards, Donald Edwards, Pete Homoya and Sue Homoya; and his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Mildred Edwards (Spiller).
He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Davis (Brenda Green) and Terry Davis (Tammy); his grandchildren, Amy Stiegleiter, Dana Gustavson, Jessica Walker (Jason), Terry Davis (Kenya), Ben Grither (Chelsea), Caitlin Klaybor (Tyson) and Chelsea Davis (Keevin Weber); his sisters, Carol Foley (Gib), Ellen Lee, Dorothy Wright and Alma McCamish; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Davis, Kathie Davis and Lois Boner. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.
