She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cowan and Elsie Cowan (Russell); her spouse Thomas "Tom" Gentry; her grandson Samuel Gentry; and her brother Robert Cowan.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Jeralds, Jennifer Smith (Tim), Kelly Venable (Brooks), T. J. Gentry (Amy) and Paul Gentry (Kristen); her grandchildren, Josh Jeralds (Jodi), Sean Jeralds (Natalie), Kelsey Larkin (Keith), Wes Smith (Shelbi), Kaci Venable, Joseph Venable, Rachel Scalero (Jackson), Ireland Dillard (Stephen), Gwyneth Watson (Joel), Ashton Gentry, Jesse Gentry, Jude Gentry, Andrew Gentry (Nikki), Brigitte Hogan (Nick), Natalie Gentry and Braden Gentry (Morgan); and her great grandchildren, Ridge Jeralds, Moriah Jeralds, Mason Watts, Haven Watts, Allie Larkin, Lane Smith, Harrison Smith, Russell Smith, Matilda Smith, Hallie Romero, Meadow Romero, Ellie Venable, Evelyn Scalero, Lydia Scalero Miles Watson, Darcy Dillard, Eliza Gentry, Hannah Gentry, Piper Hogan and Sawyer Hogan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
