It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ursula Keeling-Batson of Carterville, Illinois, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ursula may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ursula touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Feil and Hannah Feil; and her husband Gary Batson. She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Keeling (Gina), Rick Keeling (Kathy) and Larry Keeling; her grandchildren, Kevin Keeling (Robin) and Victoria Keeling; and her great grandchildren, Ava and Lillian.
