She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Fenner and Irene Fenner (Oeltjen); her former husband Robert Burns of Cairo; and her brothers, Ronald and Glen.
She is survived by: her husband David Lightfoot of Carterville; her stepchildren, Kevin Lightfoot and Beth Kern (Darryl); and her stepgrandsons, Brandon Kern, Evan Kern (Abby) and Ian Kern.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO COVID-19: facial coverings are required; social distancing yourself from others; and refrain from hugging.
