She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jesse and Marie LaJune Rettig (Hosey); her brother Randy Carl Rettig; and her brother-in-law Daryl Stearns. She is survived by: her husband Robert Dean Stearns; her children, Kyle Robert Stearns (MacKenzie), Kelly Marie Hankins (Brett) and Samuel Dean Stearns (Natalie Petro); her granddaughter Kiernan Jayne Hankins; and her siblings, Richard Rettig (Linda Lewis), Melinda Inez Bohrmann, Phylls Rettig, Jerry Stearns (Sue), Charles "Skeet" Stearns (Shirley), Herb Stearns (Gina), Dale Stearns (Pat), Don Stearns, Verna Worthington (Rod) and Diane Bodkin (Blaine). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
