He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Evert and Hazel Afton Henderson (Hale); his wife Linda Rudloff; and his sister Shelby Garner (Kenneth). He is survived by: his daughter Leiann Kapperman (Raymond) of St. John's; his grandchildren, Sarah, Andy and Adam Kapperman; his son Dean Henderson (Nathan Pittsenbarger) of Marion; his cousins, Jeannie Yancey (Al) and Mary Ann Bush (Robert); and his pet Barbie.
