It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Bush (Carterville, Illinois), born in Ava, Illinois, who passed away on June 15, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Kessel and Mary Kessel (Browder); her sons, Billy Ray Bush and Thomas Gene Bush; her grandson Luke Thomas Bush; her great grandchild Braylee Richey; and her sister Ella Guetersloh.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Sullivan (George), Mary Ann Bush of Allen, Melinda Shelton (Scott) of Creal Springs, Michael Bush (Janice Smith) of Marion and David Bush (Julie Riley) of Carterville; her siblings, Fred Kessell (Jane), Grace Kessel and Billie Kessel; and her sister-in-law Donna Ray Ackerly (Wally) of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
