She is survived by: her children, Michael Hooks, David Hooks (Tammy), Kirk Hooks and Laura Turner (Gary); and her grandchildren, Melissa Ward, Jason Turner, Audrey Hooks, Hannah Hooks, Ashley Vaughn and Lindsey Sechler. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
