She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Clifford and Ellen Louise Hart (Jackson); her husband Charles Russell Simpson; her children, Edward Lee McGee and Alicia Kay Calvert; and her siblings, Robert Lee Hart, Sue Ellen Hart and Donna June Crain.
She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Maria Smith of Carterville; her grandchildren, Daykota Russell Grissom of Marion and Misty Lee Dawn Grissom of Marion; her siblings, Linda Holman of Marion, Theresa Ann Hart of Marion and Edward Ray Hart of Herrin; and her son-in-law Michael Calvert of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
