Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lynda Gossage of Carterville, Illinois, born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 58, on June 17, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Teddy Lee and Donna Mae Florence (Rains); her husband Bruce "Goose" Wayne Gossage; her brothers-in-law, Bill Craig, Paul Porter and Arlie Marvin Gossage; and her nephew Arlie Lee Gossage.
She is survived by: her son Tony Charles (Charity); her grandson Michael Russell; her siblings, Ann Craig, Darlene Porter, Gail Mifflin, Angel Caraker (Mike) and Mike Florence (Amy); her stepfather Kenny Tuthill; her uncle Benny; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Black (Roger) and Alyce Gossage. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, private memorial services will be held with Pastor Donnie Colson officiating.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family, Hospice of Southern Illinois or to SIH Cancer Center.
