It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Weddle of Carterville, Illinois, born in Brocton, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Jones and Ruby Jones (Conley); her daughter Mary Elizabeth Weddle; and her siblings, James Lee Jones, Donald Ray Jones, Raymond Earl Jones, Robert Allen Jones, Barbara Ann Cook, Martha Pauline Esteph and Letha May Jones.
She is survived by: her former husband Billy Gene Weddle; her husband Bill Weddle of Carterville; her children, Rev. Darrin (Peggy Weddle), Jerry (Lindsey Weddle) and Kiffy Weddle of Herrin; her grandchildren, Chelsy Weddle, Jacob Weddle (Ciera), Chandra Caraway (Matthew), Jeremy Weddle (Emily), Heather Haddix, Karissa Pettit, Noah Sanders, Ja'ziah Weddle and Feyona Weddle; her sister-in-law Pauline Jones of Dow; and her sisters, Marcella Coy of Chrisman, IL and Shirley (Rick Brauninger). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; brother.
Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 Virus and the signing of Executive Order by the Illinois Governor, if you are planning on attending the public visitation, it is required that you wear a facial mask and social distance yourself from others and 25 people will be allowed in the facility at a time.
