We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 84, John Lawrence Kuruc Jr. of Carterville, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence and Agnes Marie Kuruc Sr. (Falka); and his brothers, Jimmy and Ronnie Kuruc. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Mullink (Gene) and Ray Kuruc (Norma); and his nieces and nephews, Gina Schwegel, Lisa Spencer (Jimmie), Jeff Mullink (Whitney), Raymond Kuruc, Sandra Kuruc and Laura Bandurski (Andrew).

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marion or to John A. Logan College Scholarship Fund.
