He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis and Doris Jean McMillan (Thomas). He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Joyce Jolly; his wife Joyce McMillan; his sons, Robert McMillan (Eva) of Pittsburg, William McMillan of Carterville and James Thor McMillan of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Vanessa Gentry (Danny), Odin McMillan and Andrew McMillan; and his siblings, Cathy Jean Davis (John) of Marion and Otis "Rody" McMillan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
