He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray and Harriet Alberta Smith (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Darla Smith of Carterville; his daughter Jessica Allen (David) of Granite City; his grandsons, Seth of Granite City, Adam of Granite City and Levi Allen of Granite City; and his pet Ollie.
