He is survived by: his former wife Vicki Lee Heflin; his wife Vicki Roth of Carterville; his children, Bethany Tanner of Crainville, Rev. Cana Roth (Brandon Austin) of Springfield and Jordan Roth (Heather) of Carterville; his grandchildren, Ethan Tanner, Landon Tanner, Crosby Tanner, Camille Roth and Chloe Roth; his brothers, Dr. Leland Roth (Carol) of Eugene, Marshall Roth (Linda) of Lockport and Donald Roth of Tonawanda; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Brown (Robert) of Bolingbrook, Becky Yeigh (Jim) of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, Bill Heflin (Norma) of Tucson and Paul Murray of Cleveland Heights, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
