With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Sheppard of Carterville, Illinois, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on September 23, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Christine Sheppard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Petit and Adeline Ann Petit (White); her husband William "Bill" Logan Sheppard; her children, Joyce Cyr and Richard Larsen; and her grandchildren, Elliot Larsen and Cindy Weihl (Ronnie).
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Allen of Carterville, Linda Larsen of Herrin, Terri Batteau (Brent) of DeSoto, Robert Larsen (Marie) of Goose Creek and William Sheppard Jr. of Manning; and her brother Charles Petit of Ladson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great great-grandchildren; and her beloved animals.
