He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Itell Isophene McCormick (Mills); his spouse Jami Lynn Melear; his mother-in-law Jaqueline Melear; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Hoppe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather McCluskey (Cody), Pam McCormick and Laura Jones (Lee); and his father-in-law Kenneth Melear. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 12 siblings.
