He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Fell and Frank Fell; his brother Frank Fell; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Woolford Fell and Stuart Schlageter.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fell of Carterville; his sons, John Fell of Carterville and Paul Fell (Jennifer) of Columbia, Missouri; and his sister Janet Schlageter of New Albany, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
