He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ray and Cecil Margaret Bush (Wiggs); his sons, Billy Ray Bush and Thomas Gene Bush; his grandson Luke Thomas Bush; and his great grandchild Braylee Richey.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ellen Bush of Carterville; his children, Michelle Sullivan (George), Mary Ann Bush of Allen, Melinda Shelton (Scott) of Creal Springs, Michael Bush (Janice Smith) of Marion and David Bush (Julie Riley) of Carterville; and his sister Donna Ray Ackerly (Wally) of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
