It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill McCamish of Carterville, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Ward "Bill" and Jenniev McCamish (Gentry); and his grandparents, Sam, Edith McCamish, Ed and Jennie Gentry.
He is survived by: his children, J. Kevin McCamish (Rosemary) of Carterville and Megan McCamish Harmon of Carterville; his grandchildren, Kaleb Merrik Martin (Rachel Tate) of Durango, Paige Alexis McCamish of Carterville, Mikenzie Lauren Minnick of Carterville, Colby Sue Harmon of Carterville, John Stephen McCamish of Carterville and Corbin James Gunnar Harmon of Carterville; and his siblings, John Coleman McCamish (Karla) of Carterville, Mere Lyn Miller (Carl) of Carterville, Becky Ann Johnson (Larry) of Valrico and Bradley Sam McCamish of Carterville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a plethora of friends.
