It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Armstrong of Carterville, Illinois, born in Hoopeston, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Ingram and Mabel Belle Ingram (Fetters); her husband Ward C Armstrong; and her siblings, Harry "Pete", Carroll "Pat", Ida Belle, Ralph "Butch", James "Jim" Ingram and Peggy Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Ann Graul (Ralph) of Carterville and Bruce Armstrong (Brenda) of Wilmette, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kara Moehn (Steve), Aaron Smith (Hannah), Alex Armstrong, Isabella Armstrong and Ian Armstrong; her great grandchildren, Sofia, Stella Moehn and Abraham Smith; and her sister Ruth Neathery. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of Donor's choice.
