He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Janette (Blake) and Benjamin Haddon Davenport Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Davenport; his daughters, Lori Palmer (Les), Melinda Barnes (Shawn) and Dana Yochum (Andy); his grandchildren, Lee Palmer (Andrea), Courtney Oswald (Brett), Brennan Barnes (Megan), Cameron Barnes, Britton Herrin (Sami), Reese Herrin, Daven Yochum and Skylar Yochum; his great grandchildren, Lainey Oswald, Jack Palmer and Audrey Palmer; and his siblings, Linda Wisniewski (Bud) and Richard Davenport (Vera). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
