He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Teresa Taylor; his wife Teresa Noakes of DuQuoin; his children, Tiffany Baldi (Jimmy) of Marion, Christy Williams (Adam) of Carterville, Emily Noakes of Paris, Illinois and Cody Ellermeyer (Jennifer) of Murphysboro; his parents, Christine "Mana" Noakes of Carterville and Gary Noakes (Greta) of Findlay, Ohio; his siblings, Brenda Farley (Dale) of Paducah, Betty Black of Carterville, Bradley Noakes (Mark Johnson) of Denton and Bryan Noakes (Dianne) of Thornton, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Tyler Baldi (Lindsay), Sheldon Ratchford, Lily Baldi, Zachary Baldi, Wyatt Spurlock, Trenton Lively, Abigail Lively, Corbin Malone and Kendall Ellermeyer.
