He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel William and Maxine Wiggs (Young). He is survived by: his former wife Anita Joyce Coffey; his wife Joyce Wiggs of Carterville; his children, Cindy Jennings (Jack) of Herrin, Garry Wiggs (Sheila) of Carterville and Sandy Webb (Chad) of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Heather Charlet (Chuck), Jennifer Little (David), Nicole Wiggs, Nathan Wiggs, Garred Wiggs, Angel O'Donnell (Conar), Parker Simpson (Devon), Johnna Michels and Mallory Michels. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and many dear cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Activities Department at the Marion VA CLC Unit.
