It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Teal of Carterville, Illinois, born in Cambria, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Teal and Margie Teal (Foster); his son Tracy Teal; and his siblings, Jimmy Bostain and Jennie Bostain.
He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Thomas of Carterville; his children, Alfred Teal Jr. (Jeanene) of Marion, Jerry Teal of Carterville and Sherri Tanner (Brit) of Evansville, IN; his sisters, Shirley Couch of Murphysboro and Barbara Carpenter of Carterville; his grandchildren, Jacob Teal (Teri) of Carterville, Joshua Teal (Whitney) of Marion, Amanda Sills (Rod) of Evansville, IN, Christopher Tanner of Evansville, IN, Aaron Teal of Carterville, Brandon Teal (Kayla) of Camp Pendleton, CA, Jon Teal (Stephanie) of Carterville and Haley Brinkley (Cory) of Carterville; and his great grandchildren, Judah Teal, Ziva Teal, Preston Teal, Paxton Teal, Isaac Sills, Kaleb Sills, Phoebe Sills, Rosie Teal, Elijah Teal, Matthew Teal, Koda Teal, Jace Brinkley, Jaxton Brinkley and Jameson Brinkley.
