He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Howland and Lillian Martin Howland; and his son Roger Howland. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baker; his children, Debra VanHuss (Mike) of Girard and Randy (Joan Stewart) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Joshua Howland (Ashley), Brittany Howland and Bethany VanHuss; his great grandchild Meadow Howland; and his brothers, Robert Howland (Carolyn) of Carrollton and Jerry (Carol) of Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
