He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson Randolph and Augusta Randolph (Steckel); his son-in-law Michael Marshall; and his siblings, George Preston Randolph (Leona), John Randolph, Tom Randolph (Mary Jane) and Ruth Dahmas (Boris).
He is survived by: his wife Adele Tepen; his children, Fred Randolph (JoAnn) of Carrollton, Anne Walker (Scott) of Rockbridge and Gary Randolph (Bridgett) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Matt Randolph, Megan Albrecht, Blake Marshall, Kristen Smith, Lily Randolph and William Randolph; his great grandchildren, Carter, Kyndal Randolph, Logan, Ellie Albrecht, Addie and Aiden Smith; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Randolph of Jerseyville.
A public funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John's Catholic Church in Carrollton on Wednesday at 11 A. M. Masks are requested.
